Hi peeps...

Here a little review of the Pre-release game Carmageddon.
You all know this game I think (IMG:https://gizmondoforums.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
It is about chrusing others cars, and killing people with your car.

Well nothing changed in this game, also no green blood like the old Nintendo version (IMG:https://gizmondoforums.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Starting the game

First of all choose your Language...

Be real, you gotta love this logo... well I do!

When you saw all of this... it is time for the...

Menu

New game

Choose your save slot, you have three of them!

Choose diffeculty level...

And last but not least, choose your driver.

Well with this all done it is time to choose the track you wanna kill uhhh drive on.

Choose your vehicle, as you can see they are all included!

Then the loading screen appears, doesn't take much time tough (IMG:https://gizmondoforums.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Ingame

As you can see, the graphics are really good, because of the small screen even better the the pc version!

You can also ask for the map.

And if you do it right you will get the You wasted him... message (IMG:https://gizmondoforums.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Conclusion

The game is very well ported, it plays like a charm, even better then I expected.
Graphics are very very very nice, and the sounds is good...
And offcourse the game itself i unique.

Also this is WANTED game... if you can get it, GET IT!

If any of you amazing homebrew porters are out there is this possible and do you fancy giving it a go? (i still have all the carmaggedons on cd if any info is required) by the way, RX shorty how complete was the version of this game you played? i was just wondering if there was any chance of it doing a hit and myth?

Don't think it will be released though :S Sorry... And porting games from PC to Giz... isn't that easy... because of the own Videocard it has and ARM processor. How much did you get your amazing collection for each (if you dont mind me asking)

I am aware of that also, that is why I review everything. Well I bought an US Giz with Premium Battery, carry case, 3 normal games, and the pre-releases: colors, carmageddon, conflict vietnam and a demo of Jump... for 115 US dollars...
