Has it really been 6 years?! Group: Members Posts: 1,749 Joined: 12-September 04 From: Cambs, UK Member No.: 10 Gizmondo Owner: Yes	Yes I've been working on a Gizmondo book the last couple of months and if all goes smoothly should be available to buy in early November, more can be read about it here with a teaser shot of the cover.

Cool :-) I'm really not taking any real profit on this book, originally I was just going to just put my website into book form for myself, then I realised it wasn't simply a case of copy and paste pages, I had to redesign every page, rewrite stuff, backgrounds for pages, new articles, new reviews etc it's been quite fun doing it but Its been a bigger job than I thought! But the end is nearing, done some catchup this weekend and within the next couple of weeks should be ready to order my draft copy, check any errors, print size etc and then good to go, I don't expect to sell many as the Gizmondo is a niche machine of course, to sell a few would be nice to know people have copies to read, to have and keep, that's the main reason for doing it :-)

Group: Members Posts: 1,749 Joined: 12-September 04 From: Cambs, UK Member No.: 10 Gizmondo Owner: Yes	Just a quick update guys, got another section completed over the weekend, I just have one more section to complete next week, but during the week though I'll be checking any spelling, errors or layout problems, so hopfully by the end of next weekend I can order my draft copy (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) For those asking about an ebook version, it will get done, though more likely after Christmas, I'd rather get the paperback version complete and sold through a couple of outlets before the task of converting it to ebook, I've heard its not quite as simple as converting the pdf to the ebook compatible format, so we'll wait and see, I'll most likely get started later this year but it probably won't get finished till after Christmas.

Anyway I've uploaded the files and finished an updated front cover, Amazon are being a bit of pain with their process and will take 48 hours to get back to me to confirm things, whilst lulu have all my details, completed and I've just ordered my draft copy, which should take 1-2 weeks to arrive, all going well 1st November should be a nice date for you guys to order it, I'm not sure of Amazons costs yet until my details go through, but the lulu price will indeed be set at £12.99 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

It looks amazing in print, and the quality is excellent too, really pleased with the results!
